Not even packed in your head?

What?  Have I landed on some parallel universe where all of a sudden I am the responsible sister?  Say it ain't so!   Though I have to say I got a big smile upon learning I may be a little ahead of my sister in the packing arena (that's about all I'll ever be ahead of her in lol).   Of course it should be noted that Laura is so FREAKIN organized it will take her 30 seconds to put her stuff together.  Me, I have to sort thru piles to get my crap done.  That said, I am determined, DETERMINED I tell you to be packed this weekend.  This will be an amazing accomplishment!  And I will take the advice given to me by my cousin in her comment!

We will be linking video to this blog once we start rolling.  I will be adding to "my beautiful sister sleeping" photo collection.  Seriously, I take pictures of her sleeping on EVERY trip.  The girl sleeps like a princess ALWAYS.  One hand gently placed under her cute little chin and the other half of the bed doesn't look like it's been slept in at all (assuming I'm not in the other half).   She nailed me with a retribution photo when we were in San Diego a couple months ago.  Not so princess like for me.  In fact you can almost see my uvula (sp---and it's in the throat) as I snore!

I have really been excited about going to Italy, but I realized the real exciting part is that I'm going with my best friend.  Laura and I could go to Topeka and have a great adventure (though I'm glad we chose Italy).

It's going to be sunny and hot in Boston, but I will not let that distract me from my mission to pack, save for the obligatory taking the dogs to the river for their weekend swim.

One week from today and another journey for the Worcester Sisters begins!

  1. It occurred to me as I was signing in that I probably should be more worried about what I don't see in your blog that what you write. Right? Much love to you both, DOD

  2. Have a great time, and think of me since I'm not there to guide you!

  3. Feel you on the snoring and generally ungraceful sleeping- I've been known to clear out a dorm room in a hostel! I think it's a family trait I got from both sides of the family.
It's so great that you and Laura have this relationship. It's a rare and wonderful thing. And it adds so much to reading this blog. Keep it up!
